That means it does not mean how skilled or commited you are but how thick is your wallet in the end of the day.ĭont get me wrong - i know that games needs monetarization. and the only competitive part is - is how much you will spend. If you can buy yourself a huge advantage anad almost every resource is buyable (depends only on your wallet) that this is a pay 2 win in its truest form. It's totally fine for people to be getting 3x Prestige Points, which makes it faster to upgrade which makes you able to get further faster which means you get a huge advantage over paid players. Though I'm sure if someone hacked the game for 3x damage you'd ban them from the leaderboards for cheating. Oh right, but to you 3x damage isn't cheating. I just think it's funny you claim to care about cheating when paying to cheat is fine.

I just think games should be playable offline so they don't disappear forever when the servers get shut off.

But you have made it pretty easy to never spend money on this game with your awful response. Someone criticizing the very obvious pay to win PvP doesn't mean they're a cheater. But add in PvP elements and suddenly it's pay to win. lol in an offline game, sure it's just "faster". How is that "faster"? That's just better. That's not even counting the 2x damage temporary boost every tournament.

A paid player and a free player completely maxed out the paid player is always going to win because there are more boosts for that player. You cannot convince me that 3x damage is not pay to win. The only way I believe that a free player beats a premium is if that premium player is either inactive or just started the game and the free player has been around awhile. The game has always had the ability to play offline and not care about your tournaments or leaderboard standing - now we've given you the ability to "cheat" without offline restriction, which is quite important to a lot of players on this platform. To be clear, you never had to "care about the terrible pvp" to begin with. Many thousands play the game free to play and have no issue with it. Without players paying for the premium features, the game would not exist. As a free to play player I've beaten many with premiums in tournaments, and as a premium player I've been beaten by players who are free to play. The premiums are just to make your progress faster. Many players have reached the top ranks with completely free to play accounts, myself included. Originally posted by xBusse:Premiums in this game are not necessary.

At least an update is going to be added so people can play offline and not care about the terrible pvp. I could just pay to get it which would also make me shoot up far faster and easier.ĭon't see why it matters.

Instead I'm slowly upgrading other ways for damage and didn't get the 2x speed for free so have wasted a lot of time with that misuse of the free gems thus far. I'd be making insane progress and be able to hit far higher in the leaderboards if I just spent $9.99 for 3x damage on it's own. You spend money you're far better off than those who don't. I don't see how anything in this is competitive. I guess cheating is fine so long as it's through pay to win. I'm sorry if that makes you not like the game - it appears there are a lot of Steam Players who enjoy using Cheat Engine in some capacity, and unfortunately contrary to your belief, MANY of them are doing it to gain an advantage and abuse the leaderboards to get ahead. There is no cheating of any kind allowed in this game. While players can choose to neglect the leaderboards if they desire, cheating in a game that gives you an advantage in that leaderboard (intended or not) will result in a ban.
